The voice of the single operator is seldom heard
by the PCO and it seems the more successful I
become the more I find myself reliant upon the LPHCA.
Their knowledge and their empathy are unrivalled and they have always
been there when I needed advice or would certainly put me in the right
direction if it wasn’t to hand. The commitment to their members is above
and beyond all my expectations and I remember one instance when I
sought the advice from the chairman who without hesitation took my call
whilst on holiday.
It’s not just a good idea to be a member of the LPHCA ... its imperative.
