Free Member's Business Support Helpline
Membership includes access to the Croner Consulting business support
helpline, which is paid for by The Association for the exclusive use
of Members.
The Business Support Helpline provides professional advice and guidance
to Graded Members of The LPHCA by telephone between the hours of 8.00
am and 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
An LPHCA Member saved £10,000 compensation for loss of employment
and avoided a potentially even more expensive tribunal payout by following
the guidance from the helpline.
Croner went through the process step by step advising what to write,
what to say, how and when to do it and who should be present from their
company.
Croner received over 150 calls from LPHCA Graded members in the first
2 years answering queries on PAYE, Terms & Condition, Sole Trading,
Holiday Pay and many other topics.
Advice and guidance will be provided in UK law and practice in the following

All Graded Members are issued with a plastic members helpline card with
an explanitory letter and instructions on how to use the Free Member's
Business Support Helpline.
