LPHCA / Law Commission London and National Surveys
The LPHCA is a member of the Law Commission’s advisory group on Taxi and Private regulation, which is looking at the possibility of recommending to Government a new regulatory framework for Taxi and Private Hire licensing in England and Wales.
To assist us with our work with the Law Commission, we are seeking as many views as possible from Private Hire Operators and Drivers regarding the current system via the surveys below.
This is your chance to tell us about difficulties or the need for change or even to let us know where things work well.
As London does not have the same issues as the rest of England and Wales there are separate surveys for Inside and Outside London. Please complete the survey(s) that are applicable to where you are licensed.
