Operator Membership
Operator membership of the LPHCA is specifically for private hire vehicle (PHV) and taxi operators that provide booking services for licensed PHVs and taxis in the UK. The LPHCA currently offers two membership levels for operators: STANDARD and FULL, providing a range of benefits from single-owner operators right through to the largest fleets.
Membership Levels...
The LPHCA currently offers two levels of membership:
- STANDARD - an ideal entry-level for operators looking to become first-time members of the Association
- FULL - offers Standard member benefits but with greater access to help, advice and support, plus participation in regional and specialist groups
For any FULL member wishing to support the LPHCA in a greater capacity, we also offer the following level:
- PLATINUM - ONLY open to FULL members, providing the opportunity to collaborate with the LPHCA across key industry initiatives and political lobbying for the industry, plus direct access to the LPHCA Chairman on a consultative basis
- Annual certification based on membership level
- Regular member e-alerts with industry news
- Welcome posts across social media
- FREE access to Croner Business Support Helpline
- Basic general licensing help (from the office)
- Use of LPHCA 'Safe in Our Hands' logos
- Participation in WhatsApp groups *
- Membership listing on LPHCA website
- Password-protected access to 'Members ONLY' area
- Includes all STANDARD membership benefits, PLUS:
- Extensive help with licensing applications and issues
- Invitations to in-person/on-line meetings and webinars
- Unlimited access to general help, advice and support
- Exclusive LPHCA discount for licensing legal advice
- Ability to join regional or specialist groups and committees *
- Participation in regional and specialist WhatsApp groups *
- ONLY open to FULL Members
- Opportunity to be actively involved in LPHCA political work
- Opportunity to chair or lead LPHCA groups or committees
- Executive membership with voting rights on decision-making committees
- Direct access to LPHCA Chairman on a private consultation basis
- Exclusive participation in Platinum Member meetings and discussion

Graded Membership - this level is temporarily unavailable for new members, however Graded status for existing members will still apply
LPHCA Membership Fees
- All fees dependent on driver numbers
- Rates quoted are per quarter
- Payments made quarterly via Direct Debit
- All fees subject to VAT
